Strength Training
Get stronger, perform better and increase muscular endurance through detailed, science-based programming. Progress safely and efficiently using proper form and a strong mind-muscle connection. The private studio features free weights, cable machine, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, plyo box, landmine, water rower, treadmill, and bike.
Mobility & Flexibility
Based on the latest data-based research, I utilize a variety of proven stretching techniques to inhibit overactive muscles, lengthen shortened muscles, and improve joint mobility. The benefits of an effective stretching program include a better range of motion, increased flexibility, improved posture, and reduced risk of injury.
Corrective Exercise
As a corrective exercise expert, I am trained to analyze movement patterns, compensations and identify overactive and underactive muscles. Using that knowledge I design effective workouts to help you move efficiently, improve balance and strengthen weak muscles. Achieving proper alignment and muscle activation is vital to your success.
Nutrition
Reach your full potential with nutritional guidance, education, and accountability. As your nutrition coach, I will help you determine optimal caloric needs, appropriate macronutrient ratios and track your lean muscle mass. Learn how to fuel your workouts and establish life-long, healthy eating habits.
Yoga
Improve flexibility, increase strength and reduce stress through a personalized yoga practice. Athletic, gentle, or restorative poses and flows are tailored to you. Connect mind, body, and breath to achieve a sense of balance, well-being, and gratitude on and off the mat. Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps are provided.
Mindfulness
Reduce stress through meditation and mindfulness. Learn to observe your thoughts without judgment, focus on the present moment and invite more joy into your life. Practice meditation techniques in a supportive, caring environment. Aromatherapy, calming music, and yoga props create a nourishing space to reset and recharge.
